Dr. Chris Borgen earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, Illinois. Residency was done at the University of Chicago in advanced eye care. Extensive training was also received at the Kirk Eye Center, a cataract and LASIK surgery center. Dr. Borgen grew up in Langdon, N.D. and completed his undergraduate study at the University of North Dakota.
